The Order Process

F2 Memories offers two convenient ways to receive your personalized piece. Choose the Digital version at a reduced price and receive a high-quality PDF by email, designed for 11" × 17" printing at actual size / 100% scale on non-glossy, lightweight cardstock or matte cover stock. Or choose the Printed version and receive a professionally produced print delivered directly to your door. That is why each product in our shop is available in two versions: Digital and Printed. My recommended first steps are:

• Browse the shop and review the products.

• If you want to embed a QR Code for a video presention, before you start your order, go to the F2 Memories music gallery to select a song for the video presentation background music.

• ‍Once you have selected a song from the music gallery, then start your order process with Form 1. ‍

There are two simple forms to complete for your order. After selecting your product and adding it to your cart, you’ll fill out the first form with your order details.

If you’re adding a QR Code Video, choose a song from our royalty-free music library and enter the song title and artist in the first form.

The second form—located just below the blue ‘Add to Cart’ button (scroll down to find the ‘QR Add-on Media Upload Form’)—is where you’ll upload your photos and/or videos.

Examples of what you may need to provide include:

• List or images of ribbons with devices (e.g., Gold Star, Oak Leaf Cluster, “V”, “C”, “R”)

• List or images of medals with devices

• Photos or videos for the QR Code video add-on

Your order is now being carefully crafted.

If we need anything along the way, the F2 Memories team will reach out to you.

To keep everything moving smoothly, please send us any requested information within 10 business days. If we don’t receive it in time, your order may be canceled in accordance with our Terms of Service.

As your piece comes to life, we will send you a personalized proof for your review and approval. This is your opportunity to ensure every detail reflects the story of service and achievement it represents.

Please take a moment to carefully confirm:

• Name spelling

• Ranks achieved

• Unit and operational assignments

• Ribbons and badges earned

• Dates of service

• Send-off message or personal remarks

• QR code video (if included)

We kindly ask that you review and respond within 5 business days so we can finalize your piece and move forward with production.

Once your proof is approved, we will begin preparing your piece for delivery with the care and attention it deserves.

Digital orders will be made available within 24 hours in a secure OneDrive folder for download. The file will remain accessible for up to 30 days for you to access and download.

For physical prints, your piece will be carefully produced and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery timing will depend on your selected shipping method.
