Customer Service

    • Personalized Design: Each product is customized using the recipient’s military service details (e.g., rank, dates, assignments, awards).

    • Upload Requirements: During the ordering process , upload required materials (e.g., ribbons, photos, videos).

    • Proof Review: Once you receive a digital proof—please approve or request edits within 5 business days.

    • Auto-Approval: If no response is received, the design is considered approved and production will begin.

    • 24-Hour Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund if design work hasn’t started.

    • After Design Starts: A partial refund may be issued (minus a $25 design fee). Once a proof is sent, cancellations are not allowed.

    • Exceptions: Special cases please reach out, (e.g., duplicate orders) may be approved.

    • Personalized Items: Not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or incorrect.

    • Issues with Orders: Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days with photos—we’ll replace or refund.

    • Refund Timing: Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days.

    • Processing & Delivery: Digital items are available within 24 hours of approval (hosted up to 30 days). Physical orders ship within 1–3 business days.

    • Shipping & Tracking: Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking provided.

    • Lost Packages: If confirmed lost, we’ll replace the item at no cost.
